Returns And Exchanges
- Items that can be exchanged
- All original manufacturer’s tags or packaging must be intact in order for us to accept a return.
- We recommend that you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase, and be aware of any makeup you are wearing. Any garments with marks, stains, or scents may be non-returnable.
- Due to the delicate nature of molded bra cups, we ask that you return them in a protective box in order to preserve their shape. Bras that have been misshapen or deformed due to improper packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item that does not meet our hygiene and quality control examination.
- Items that cannot be exchanged
- Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, returns are not accepted on: If these items are returned, they will be returned at the sender’s expense.
Correct categories are as follow:
- Body Shaper.
- Bras.
- Panties.
- Stockings.
- Swimwear.
- And any lingerie set that includes a panty.
- Cancelling the order
- If you wish to cancel your order you should contact customer service within 24Hours after purchase made) at 99799934. We will do our best to cancel the order before it is shipped to you. In the event that the order has already been shipped we will not be able to cancel the order. In this case you will need to return the goods as described in the exchange and return policy.
